Shipping & Delivery Policy

HostPanel is a digital services platform. Nothing is physically shipped. 1. Hosting delivery cPanel hosting accounts are provisioned automatically after successful payment, typically within 30 seconds. Login credentials and setup email are sent to your registered email address. 2. Domain delivery Domains are registered or transferred at the registry after payment verification. DNS may take up to 24–48 hours to propagate globally. 3. Email & SSL Mailboxes and SSL certificates are activated digitally on your hosting account. No physical media is provided. 4. Invoices & receipts GST invoices and payment receipts are delivered by email and are always available in your billing dashboard as PDF downloads. 5. Failed delivery If provisioning fails, you are not charged for the undelivered portion and our team is notified automatically. Contact support if credentials are not received within 15 minutes of payment. 6. Support materials Knowledge-base articles, onboarding emails, and control-panel access are provided electronically only.
