1. Hosting plans
New hosting purchases may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days if the service has not been used for production traffic and no acceptable-use violation occurred. After 7 days, hosting fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Domain registrations
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. Registration failures caused by us are refunded in full.
3. Add-ons & licenses
Third-party licenses, SSL upgrades, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once provisioned.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current term unless eligible above.
5. Pro-rata credits
If we terminate service without cause, unused prepaid time may be credited at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate suspension while the dispute is investigated.
7. How to request a refund
Open a billing ticket from your dashboard with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
